The only information we collect at this site is the information you provide in the completion of our Order and Payment Information forms. The information collected will not be shared with any outside parties, except to the extent needed to obtain approval of a credit card transaction from the issuing bank.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Non-Floral orders are shipped within 48 hours. If we are out of stock or there is a problem with your order, we will send you an email.

Floral orders for delivery in the Memphis area which are received by 12:00PM will be delivered that day.

Floral orders for delivery outside Memphis which are received by 11:00AM (in the recipient's time zone) will be delivered that same day. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day, excluding Sundays.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Next Day and Second Day Air delivery is available at an additional cost.

If your purchase includes any colognes, signature scents, body mists, perfumes or after-shaves, it will be shipped by UPS Ground, since these are alcohol-based products and cannot be shipped by air.

If your order is to be delivered inside our Memphis Delivery area, it will be delivered by our own Delivery Drivers the same day it is ordered if the order is received before 12:00PM or the next day (excluding Sunday) if the order is received after 12:00PM.

Can I Pay By Check?

Yes. Send your check and your order to Shackelford's Florist, 6106 Quince Rd., Memphis, TN 38119. Please be aware that your order will be delayed until the check clears, approximately 10 days.

Can I pay by credit card offline?

If you are uncomfortable giving your credit card information online, you may give us your order and payment information over the phone by calling us at (800) 467-0791.

Alternatively, you may print the Check Out Page and mail or FAX it to us. If you do this, please make sure that your credit card number and its expiration date are clearly shown on the printed page. Our FAX number is (901) 685-9332. Our mailing address is 6106 Quince Rd, Memphis, TN, 38119.

Do I Have to pay Sales Tax?

If you live in Tennessee, or if your order is being delivered in Tennessee, you must pay sales tax of 9.25%.

If I do not see what I want on your site, what should I do?

We carry many products in our retail store that are not shown on our Web Site. Call us at (800) 467-0791 and give us the opportunity to serve you.

If I am unhappy with my purchase, can I get a refund?

First, you need to contact us and obtain a Return Authorization. If the product is defective it will be refunded, including shipping costs, or replaced.

If you have changed your mind and the product is returned unused and unopened, a refund will be given subject to a re-stocking charge of 15%; the refund, however, will not include shipping costs.

What should I do if the flowers I sent, or received, are unsatisfactory?

Give us a call immediately and we will replace the flowers.

Can I send flowers, or any purchase, without disclosing to the recipient who I am?

Yes, however, in the event the recipient calls and asks for the identity of the sender, we will, upon proper identification of the recipient, provide that information.

I did not give you a shipping address, what should I do?

If the shipping address is different from the billing address and you failed to give us that information during the check out process, send us the shipping information along with your Order Number to sales@shackelfords.com or call us at (800) 467-0791

Why do you need my credit card billing address?

Our internal procedures for the approval of a credit card purchase requires that we get an exact match between the "billing address" provided us by the purchaser and the "billing address" on file with the issuer of the credit card. This is done to protect both you and us from credit card fraud. Additionally, whenever the "billing address" and the "shipping address" differ, the sales receipt will be mailed separately to the billing address.

What days are you open?

Our shop, in Memphis, is open 8:00Am to 5:30PM, Monday thru Friday, and 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Saturday. We are closed on Sunday, but are available to make and deliver any funeral work that may be needed.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays:, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Is There a Minimum Dollar Amount Required for Delivery?

For Local Delivery, i.e. the Memphis Area, there is a minimum purchase amount of $25.00, plus delivery.
